I use fresh basil from my backyard and love keeping jars of this as salad dressings and marinades for chicken on the grill. My favorite thing I’ve made this summer so far!

I love the combo of Dijon Mustard and fresh basil! This vinaigrette is delicious. I’ve been adding it to my lunch salad all week. I haven’t tried it as a marinade yet, but it’s next on my list.
