With your blender doing most of the work this is a five star dessert that is deceptively easy to make. Luscious and light my Easy Strawberry Mousse is a delicious no bake dessert that takes just minutes to prepare and you can easily make ahead of time.

I first learned this method of making mousse after a visit to the Azores where I tasted and learned how to make this delicious passion fruit mousse , and once I learned how easy this was to make I had to see how it worked with strawberries and I am smitten. Ingredients
- unflavored powdered gelatin
- water
- fresh strawberries
- sweetened condensed milk
- heavy cream
- lemon juice
How to Make Strawberry Mousse
As spectacular as this dessert looks and tastes strawberry mousse is incredibly easy to make and your blender does most of the work. Mix the gelatin and water in a small bowl, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and set aside. Place the fresh strawberries, condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice and gelatin mixture in a high speed blender. Blend at medium speed for 5 minutes. Divide the strawberry mousse among 6 dessert dishes or glass jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set. Serve as desired.

Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 6 dessert cups or ramekins
Ingredients
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix the gelatin and water in a small bowl, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and set aside.
- Place the fresh strawberries, condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice and gelatin mixture in a high speed blender. Blend at medium speed for 5 minutes. Divide the strawberry mousse among 6 dishes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set. Serve as desired.
