What to Serve with Cilantro Lime Slaw

This creamy coleslaw is quite versatile and is the perfect summer side dish! Pair it with cookout favorites like Smoked Spatchock Chicken , Smoked Tri Tip or Grilled Skirt Steak with Avocado Tomato Salad. With loads of fresh cilantro this coleslaw is also great for fish tacos, Chipotle Chicken Tacos, your favorite Mexican dishes or burrito bowls.

Cooking Tips

  • For ease you can substitute the green and red cabbage with 4 cups of bagged coleslaw mix
  • To shred the cabbage you can use a food processor or chop with a sturdy knife
  • Instead of mayo you can substitute plain Greek yogurt or sour cream in the coleslaw dressing
  • You can use agave syrup instead of honey for a bit of sweetness
  • Customize your coleslaw by adding in shredded carrots, thinly sliced red bell peppers or diced jalapeno peppers
