Autumn calls for all things apple, especially when it comes to cocktails. Apple cider is something I find myself drinking all season long and with it’s warm spices makes a great base for a fall cocktail. Equal parts cozy and elegant this Apple Cider Martini is the perfect drink for fall.

This drink is a far cry from the neon green appletinis of the 90’s. Spiced apple cider is balanced with citrus in the form of Cointreau and lemon juice as well as a nice kick from the vodka. For a little extra sweetness nothing is more perfect than a bit of pure maple syrup (my cinnamon simple syrup would also amp up the fall flavors).
