With a big punch of flavor this beef and chorizo chili is perfect for dinner, potlucks and game day parties. Mexican chorizo is a ground pork sausage flavored with paprika, cumin and garlic giving this chili slow cooked taste in just 30 minutes. (For another great chorizo recipe take a look at my Loaded Corizo Queso Dip). I also like to use a mix of black beans and pinto beans for their differing textures but you can also use all black beans, all pinto beans or even kidney beans if that’s what you’ve got on hand.
