Perfect for football parties, Halloween parties, Thanksgiving and everything in between this no-bake pumpkin dip has all of your favorite fall flavors . With an irresistable creamy texture and delicious pumpkin spices this is a recipe that’s perfect for easy entertaining. Serve this easy pumpkin dip recipe with your favorite dippers like graham crackers, gingersnap cookies (my personal favorite), biscotti or apple slices. Ingredients

  • pumpkin puree
  • cream cheese 
  • brown sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg
  • ground ginger
  • ground cloves
  • kosher salt

Cooking Tips

  • You can substitute 2 teaspoons of prepared pumpkin pie spice in place of the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
  • Replace canned pumpkin with 2 cups of homemade pumpkin puree
  • Ensure the cream cheese comes to room teperature to ensure easy mixing when youmake this pumpkin dip.
  • Cutomize your dip with your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, walnuts or pecans

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Dip

This pumpkin cheesecake dip is simple to make and comes together in just a few minutes.Let the cream cheese come to room temperature before making the dip. In a large mixing bowl add the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, spices and salt. Using a hand mixer blend everything together on medium speed until everything is combined (alternately you can also mix the dip together in a food processor). Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as desired.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
