This Beef and Chorizo Chili is a delicious one pot meal that comes together in just 30 minutes. This easy chili recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners, potlucks, game day parties and more.
In a medium bown mix together the ground beef and Mexican chorizo with your hands until fully combined and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, ground cumin and oregano and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until translucent. Add in the beef and chorizo mixture and cook until browned ,about 6 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and crushed tomatoes as well as the black beans, pinto beans, salt and pepper. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve as desired.
