Ingredients
- Fresh cranberries
- Orange juice
- Honey
- Feta in brine, drained
- Greek yogurt
- Orange zest
- Olive oil
- Chopped pistachios

Cooking Tips and Variations
- Instead of making this homemade cranberry sauce you can use your favorite cranberry sauce (like my apple cider cranberry sauce) or a jar of quality whole-berry cranberry sauce
- Add in 1-2 tablespoons of fresh thyme or fresh rosemary to your whipped feta
- Feel free to substitute granulated sugar or maple syrup in place of the honey
- Use chopped walnuts or pecans in place of the pistachios if that’s what you’ve got on hand
How to Make Cranberry Whipped Feta
For the cranberry topping add the cranberries, honey and orange juice to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat,. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until cranberries have popped, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool while you prepare the whipped feta.

Into the bowl of your food processor add in the feta cheese (in large crumbles) Greek yogurt, and orange zest. Blend the feta at high speed and drizzle in the olive oil through the top opening. Continue to blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the whipped feta to a serving dish and spoon the cranberry sauce over the feta mixture. Top with chopped pistachios and serve as desired.
