This deviled egg recipe combines classic deviled eggs with the delicious flavor of pimento cheese (be sure to take a look at my Homemade Pimento Cheese recipe!). The yolks from hard-boiled are combined with mayo, dijon mustard and spices while extra-sharp cheddar cheese and a jar of pimento peppers amp up the flavor. I prefer to use a food processor tomake the filling but you can also use a hand mixer and then stir in the pimentos.I also recommend using a piping bag to fill the eggs whites for a prettier presentation however you can also use a spoon.
