This soup is far greater than the sum of it’s parts. A few simple vegetables combined with Moroccan spices produce a soup that’s healthy, filling comforting and delicious. I was excited to enjoy this soup on a chilly fall day in the Midwest. I followed the recipe precisely. My family and I ate it but we did not like it at all. It’s was thick and lacking in depth and flavor. It seemed to have all the ingredients for flavor but somehow failed to deliver. So sorry but this one is a hard pass for me.
