Autumn calls for all things apple, especially when it comes to cocktails. Apple cider is something I find myself drinking all season long and with it’s warm spices makes a great base for a fall cocktail. Equal parts cozy and elegant this Apple Cider Martini is the perfect drink for fall.

This drink is a far cry from the neon green appletinis of the 90’s. Spiced apple cider is balanced with citrus in the form of Cointreau and lemon juice as well as a nice kick from the vodka. For a little extra sweetness nothing is more perfect than a bit of pure maple syrup (my cinnamon simple syrup or ginger honey simple syrup would also amp up the fall flavors). For more delicious apple cider cocktails take a look at my Apple Cider Mimosa, Apple Cider Bourbon Punch and Apple Cider Margarita.

Ingredients for Apple Cider Martini

Very nice! I used St Germain instead of Cointreau used a splash of the cinnamon syrup (made very quickly) and 1/8 tsp of pumpkin spice and itโ€™s so amazing!!!

This is SOOOOOOO good. I used Spiced Cider from Aldi and Iโ€™m hooked. This was the perfect recipe and I didnโ€™t even need to change anything about it.
