I’m not a fan of most storebought dressings so I usually make my salad dressings from scratch. The basics of making any viniagrette include having an acid (in this instance apple cider vinegar) and oil. Dijon mustard is used not only for it’s signature flavor but it also helps elmusify the viniagrette making this dressing creamy. This homemade dressing is quite versatile and can be used on any number of salads including my Kale and Apple Salad and my Fennel and Apple Salad.
