How to Make Dill Yogurt Sauce
This sauce comes together so quickly I almost hesitate to call this a recipe. In a small bowl add the Greek yogurt (I prefer 2% or full fat yogurt but you can certainly use fat free if that’s what you have.), lemon juice, garlic, fresh dill, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until fully combined.
You can use this easy yogurt sauce immediately, or if you want to make it ahead of time you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
