When it comes to feeding a group sliders are always a good bet. Take some pillowy soft Hawaiian rolls and load them up with shredded chicken and crispy bacon all mixed in a creamy ranch sauce and you’ve got a recipe that is a winner every time. These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are easy to make and sure to be a crowd favorite.

Whenever I’m feeding a lot of people sliders are one of my go-to party recipes (take a look at my Buffalo Chicken Sliders) and these particular sliders are loaded with a lot of flavors that are fan favorites. Shredded chicken (feel free to use a rotisserie chicken from the store, or you can poach a couple of chicken breasts on the stovetop or in the Instant Pot), crispy bacon and a ranch sauce made extra creamy with both yogurt (or sour cream) and cream cheese make for a meal that will have everyone coming back for seconds.
Ingredients for Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
- cream cheese
- plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ranch seasoning
- chicken, cooked and shredded -you can use rotisserie chicken for ease. You can also poach or cook chicken breast in the Instant Pot
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Hawaiian rolls
- shredded cheddar cheese
- butter, melted
- sesame seeds optional
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl stir together cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Add in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon and green onions and mix everything until fully combined.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, ensuring to keep them in tact. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9×13 baking dish then spread the chicken mixture over top. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken and place the remaining half of the rolls on top.Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Allow the rolls to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders.

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds optional
