Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 3 cups chicken, shredded and cooked
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl stir together cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Add in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon and green onions and mix everything until fully combined.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, ensuring to keep them in tact. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9×13 baking dish then spread the chicken mixture over top. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken and place the remaining half of the rolls on top.
  • Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow the rolls to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders.
