A flavorful raspberry sauce is a tasty way to elevate everything from breakfast and brunch to a decadent dessert, and the best part is how easy it is to make. Fresh raspberries are delicious of course but I usually use frozen raspberries as they are always available and affordable. Similar to jam this compote is a bit more rustic and contains seeds, but if you want a smoother sauce you can strain it through a fine mesh sieve.
