Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen (16 oz)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over redium heat then reduce to a simmer.
  • Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the compote has thickened.
  • Transfer to a clean glass jar and serve as desired.
