fresh or frozen (16 oz)

granulated sugar

lemon juice
Instructions
Combine the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over redium heat then reduce to a simmer.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the compote has thickened.
Transfer to a clean glass jar and serve as desired.
