These Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas is the best weeknight dinner recipe! They come together fast with juicy steak, bell peppers and sliced onions roasted in the oven. Easy to make this crowd-pleasing dinner is made in one pan in just 20 minutes.
1.5poundsSkirt steakthinly sliced against the grain
3largeBell peppersseeded and thinly sliced
1largeOnionthinly sliced
1tablespoon Olive oil
2teaspoonsSmoked paprika
2teaspoonsGround cumin
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonGround black pepper
1teaspoonKosher salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place the sliced steak, bell peppers and onions on the sheet pan in a single layer
In a small bowl whisk together the smoked paprika, ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture generously over the steak and vegetables followed by the olive oil. Using your hands or tongs toss together ensuring everything is evenly coated with the spice mixture
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes ensuring the steak has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the vegetables have softened.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the steak and vegetables and serve as desired.
