Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Cocktail jigger

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz limoncello
  • 1 oz vodka
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add limoncello, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds or until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel if desired.
