Make the best homemade balsamic vinaigrette in just 5 minutes! This simple, flavorful dressing is perfectly balanced and ideal for salads, grain bowls, and marinades.
Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil to a mason jar and shake well to combine. Alternatively you can add the balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a small bowl and whisk in the the olive oil until well combined.
Store the dressing in a glass jar, it will last up to a week in the refrigerator. Shake thoroughly before serving.
Notes
If the vinaigrette has solidified in the refrigerator allow it to to come room temperature for 5-10 minutes before shaking and serving. Alternatively you can microwave it for 15-20 seconds and shake before serving.
