Creamy eggnog is one of my favorite holiday treats and gets even better when elevated into an elegant Christmas cocktail. This Eggnog Martini recipe is sure to keep that festive spirit going all season long.
If desired rim a martini glass with maple syrup and sanding sugar or axinnamon sugar (optional).
Add eggnog, vodka and amaretto to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 15 seconds or well chilled. Strain into a martnin glass and top with freshly grated nutmeg.
For a pitcher (8 servings)
Add chilled eggnog, vodka and amaretto to a pitcher and stir until well combined. Divide among 8 martini glasses and top each with freshly grated nutmeg.
