1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, add cumin and cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add ground chicken and cook 5-6 minutes or until browned.
Add salsa verde, Greek yogurt, cannellini beans, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top as desired.

Salsa verde is typically mild, if you want a bit of spice try adding a few dashes of hot sauce.
