Ingredients
- All purpose flour
- Baking Powder
- Kosher salt
- Large bananas
- Brown sugar
- Peanut butter
- Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- Unsalted butter
- Large eggs
- Vanilla extract

Baking Tips
- While I typically use creamy peanut butter you can certainly use crunchy if you’d like crunchy bits of peanuts throughout your banana bread.
- I always use natural peanut butter since that’s what I have on hand but feel free to use your favorite brand. If you use it just make sure you fully stir it before using.
- For the best banana flavor make sure to use overripe bananas. Bananas with brown spots on the peels are softer and sweet and make the best banana bread.
- You can substitute sour cream for the Greek yogurt if you’d like. Both ingredients give this banana bread moisture and a soft texture.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the batter for a sweet twist on this pb banana bread.
- In the mood for muffins? You can divide the batter into a prepared 12-cup muffin tin and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Bread
This banana bread is very simple to make and comes together in a snap. Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees, then prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
