How to Make Roasted Garlic Butter with Herbs
Making roasted garlic butter couldn’t be easier. Start by roasting a whole head of garlic (drizzled with olive oil and wrapped in aluminum foil) in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. Once the garlic has cooled remove the roasted cloves from their skins (either by squeezing the cloves out or peeling the skins off) and mashing them with a fork. Add the garlic, softened butter and rosemary(you can also use your favorite herbs like thyme, parsley or chives) to a bowl and whip with a hand blender until the butter is fluffy and light. Serve as desired.
