1 mesh strainer

1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
Combine water, sugar and rosemary in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer until sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove the pan from the heat, allow to steep for at least 20 minutes or up to an hour.
Strain out the rosemary and pour into clean glass jar. Serve as desired.
