  • 3 oz Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz soda water

For a Pitcher of Limoncello Spritz

  • 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco approximately 3 cups
  • 2 cups Limoncello
  • 1 cup soda water

  • Pour limoncello in a glass with ice, top with Prosecco and soda water and stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slices, mint or basil as desired.
