Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a double boiler melt chocolate and butter stirring until well mixed.
  • Beat together sugar and eggs with an electric hand mixer using medium-high speed in a large bowl until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Mix in melted chocolate, vanilla, flour and salt using the electric hand mixer low speed on low speed until combined. A few lumps are fine.
  • Line an 8×8 in baking pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Pour about 2/3s of the brownie mixture into the pan, smoothing it out into an even layer. Spread the marshmallow fluff over this and then top with the remaining brownie batter. Use a butterknife to create a swirl pattern.
  • Bake the brownies for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool in the baking pan on a rack. Remove brownies from the pan and cut into 16 squares.
