  • 1 Small Cast Iron Skillet or Baking Dish
  • 1 small saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz wheel of brie
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2-1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place your wheel of brie in a small cast iron skillet or baking dish, transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes
  • While the brie is baking heat hot honey ,red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar over medium low heat in a small sauce pan, stirring to combine.  Add in the pecans stirring to ensure they are fully coated with the honey.
  • Pour the pecan mixture over the baked brie. Serve warm or at room temperature.
