With just two ingredients Apple Cider Mimosas are easy to make and the prefect fall cocktail. Serve this delicious apple cider mimosa for Thanksgiving brunch, Christmas morning or your next fall celebration.
Stir together cinnamon and sugar in a small flat dish. Cut a small slit in a lemon wedge and run it around the rim of a champagne glass, then immediately roll the rim of the glass in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
For a single cocktail
Add 2 oz of apple cider to a prepared champagne glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice if desired.
For a pitcher (8 servings)
Add 2 cups of apple cider to a pitcher and top with 2 bottles of prosecco. Divide among 8 glasses and serve as desired.
