Apple Cider Mimosa

With just two ingredients Apple Cider Mimosas are easy to make and the prefect fall cocktail. Serve this delicious apple cider mimosa for Thanksgiving brunch, Christmas morning or your next fall celebration.

Equipment

  • 1 champagne glass
  • 1 Cocktail jigger

Ingredients
  

For the cinnamon sugar rim

  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar or turbinado sugar
  • 1 teasoon ground cinnamon

For a single cocktail

  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 6 oz prosecco

For a pitcher

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 750 ml bottles prosecco

Instructions
 

For the cinnamon sugar rim

  • Stir together cinnamon and sugar in a small flat dish. Cut a small slit in a lemon wedge and run it around the rim of a champagne glass, then immediately roll the rim of the glass in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

For a single cocktail

  • Add 2 oz of apple cider to a prepared champagne glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice if desired.

For a pitcher (8 servings)

  • Add 2 cups of apple cider to a pitcher and top with 2 bottles of prosecco. Divide among 8 glasses and serve as desired.
