In a bowl mix the lamb, herbs and spices until well combined. Divide this into four equal portions and form into patties. Make sure to form a divot in the center of each patty.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the olive oil. Cook the burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side to get your desired level of doneness. Remove the burger patties from the heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
For the Creamy Feta Mint Sauce
In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, feta, mint, lemon juice salt and pepper.
To Assemble the Burgers
Spread the feta mint sauce on the hamburger bun and top with patty. Add lettuce, tomato and fresh or pickled cucumbers.
