Ingredients
  

For the Greek Lamb Burgers

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Feta Mint Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 4 brioche hamburger buns

Instructions
 

For the Greek Lamb Burgers

  • In a bowl mix the lamb, herbs and spices until well combined. Divide this into four equal portions and form into patties. Make sure to form a divot in the center of each patty.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the olive oil. Cook the burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side to get your desired level of doneness. Remove the burger patties from the heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.

For the Creamy Feta Mint Sauce

  • In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, feta, mint, lemon juice salt and pepper.

To Assemble the Burgers

  • Spread the feta mint sauce on the hamburger bun and top with patty. Add lettuce, tomato and fresh or pickled cucumbers.
