Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pound Turkey tenderloin about 2 large tenderloins

Instructions

  • Add maple syrup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, thyme, parika and coriander in a small bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  • Place the turkey tenderloins In an airtight container or zip top bag and add half of the maple mustard mixture as a marinade, reserving the remainder for making the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes ( or up to 3 hours).

  • While the turkey tenderloins are roasting prepare the sauce. Add the reserved maple mustard sauce to a small saucepan over medium low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until reduced and slightly thickened.
  • Once the turkey tenderloins are done roasting transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the tenderloins and serve with the maple mustard sauce.
