Ingredients
  

  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh passion fruit or passion fruit puree
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a tall glass muddle together mint, lime juice and passion fruit. Add in rum and stir to combine. Add ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with additional sprigs of mint if desired.
