In a large bowl toss the chicken wings with the baking powder, ensuring the wings are thoroughly coated. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack.
For a Conventional Oven
Bake the wings at 450 degrees for 40 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees, turn the wings and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
For a Convection Oven
Bake for 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 425 degrees flip the wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
To Make the Glaze
