Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small microwave safe bowl microwave the honey for 10-20 seconds. Whisk together with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place carrots on the baking sheet and brush with honey mixture on all sides.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
