Ingredients
  

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or your favorite herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Cut the top 1/3 off of the head of garlic so that the garlic cloves are exposed and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool.
  • Remove the roasted garlic cloves from their skins (you can either peel the skins off or squeeze them roasted garlic out) .
  • Add the garlic, softened butter and herbs to a bowl. Using an electric mixer whip until fully combined and the butter is light and fluffy. Serve as desired.
