Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1/4 oz Hot Honey
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • cinnamon stick or star anise optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a small pan or electric kettle. Add whiskey, hot honey and lemon juice to a mug. Top with hot water and stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon stick or star anise as desired.
