I’m not a fan of most storebought dressings so I usually make my salad dressings from scratch. The basics of making any viniagrette include having an acid (in this case lemon juice) and oil. For this dressing I also added dijon mustard nut just for it’s flavor but it also helps elmusify the viniagrette making it creamy and bright. This dressing is quite versatile and can be used on any number of salads including my Asparagus and Pea Salad, Pea Salad with Mint and Feta, Cucumber Tomato Salad and Mediterranean White Bean Salad.
