Combine flour, sugar salt, butter, egg yolk and water in a food processor. Roll out dough and transfer to a tart pan. Bake for 30 minutes and cool .
While that is heating up whisk together the eggs and egg yolks in a bowl, then whisk in some of the warm cranberry mixture.. Add this to the remaining cranberry mixture in the sauce pan and cook until thick. Stir in the butter.. Pour into tart shell and chill before serving
